The Opportunity
With the continuous growth in new categories, brands and markets, the Beauty & Fashion General Consumer & Shopper Insights team is looking for a Consumer Insights Graduate to join the team. This role reports to the Global Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager and will support in the development of the different consumer studies, interacting with research agencies as well as the Brands, Markets and cross-functional teams.
What you'll get to do
Your work will be based fundamentally on using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies but also enriching the analysis with the curation of available articles and reports from external partners and starting to further leverage digital data sources and first party data.
And you’ll be an active member of the Consumer Insights community, advocate of the consumer voice ensuring to bring it closer to the different teams (Brands & Markets, Media, CRM, Retail & Digital, etc.).
Specifically, some of the functions will comprise:
- Assist in the design, execution,
and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Support the development of consumer surveys, discussion guides, and data dashboards.
- Analyze consumer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in consumer research.
- And foster best practices sharing, ensuring we make the most of available studies.
