A growing international pharmaceutical company, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Business Operations & HR Manager.

Working directly with the CEO, he/she will play a key role in transforming strategy into execution, building scalable processes, and helping shape a high-performing and entrepreneurial organization. The role combines project management and business operations with human resources responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:
- As Project Management & Business Operations Manager, lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic and operational projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dashboards. Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial. Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for senior management.
- Drive implementation of operational excellence tools and management processes. Follow up on action items and ensure accountability across teams.
- As Human Resources Manager,



coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and external recruiters.
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and documentation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities. Support performance management and compensation processes. Coordinate bonus administration and HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee matters.
