The Opportunity

Are you ready to optimize the sourcing channels for the cutting-edge hardware, sensor technologies, and core chemical components that drive our next generation of diagnostic innovations? As a Sourcing Manager in Sant Cugat, Spain, you will execute end-to-end tactical procurement within our diagnostic portfolios. In this role, you will elevate routine transactional requests into strategic, value-add solutions, driving bottom-line cost savings and ensuring general supply reliability.
To support our rapid growth, we are hiring a cohort of Sourcing Managers who will be aligned to one of two specialized technology teams: Near Patient Care (NPC), Sensors & Cartridges, and External Manufacturing (EM) or Active Diagnostic Ingredients (ADI), Reagents, and Instruments.
- Reporting Line: The position directly reports to the Sourcing Lead, and is part of the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE).
