Role Overview

Talent Acquisition are strategic members of the HR team who partner with hiring managers to ensure the business recruits the best candidates in the market. You will ensure that we prioritise quality over quantity, and that your approach is personalised and ensures an unparalleled candidate experience.





The type of person who will excel in this role is someone who is process driven, highly communicative, proactive in their work, and has an interest in mobile games.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and Studio leads, advising on best practices and strategies to ensure we provide an exceptional in-house service.
- Providing an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring that the business is in a strong position to hire and onboard high-value talent.
- Maintaining data across our Applicant Tracking System, Requisition Tracker, Linkedin Projects and Job Briefing records.
- Supporting recruitment for a number of departments across our growing business, including creative, technical, operational, commercial and marketing roles.
- Implementing processes that connect our candidates, hiring managers and HR teams to ensure we can hire the best talent in a quick, collaborative, and engaging manner.
