Job Description

You will work as a Programmatic & Social Strategy Specialist, defining strategies for top-tier brands across different platforms, products, and services.

Responsibilities
- Definition of programmatic and paid social strategies aligned with client goals.




- Campaign setup and strategic optimisation across platforms.
- Monitoring performance and KPI analysis to drive insights and improvements.
- Contribution to media proposals and strategic planning.
- Coordination with DSPs and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Close collaboration with planning and buying teams.
- Identification of opportunities, audiences, and innovative formats.

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar; or 1–2 years of experience in programmatic and/or paid social.
- Minium 2 years of experiencie

- Advanced level of English.
- Strong understanding of DSPs
- Knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Experience working with ad servers
