We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our smart, innovative, and highly collaborative team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in driving our business growth by generating pipeline and setting up qualified meetings in the Czech-speaking market.



Your focus will be outbound execution through high-volume cold calling and multithreaded outreach.

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct 60–70 cold calls a day to key decision-makers within target Czech accounts.
- Identify, research, and prospect potential SMB and mid-market clients in the Czech Republic.
- Uncover client pain points and introduce our e-commerce search technology solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Execute structured multi-channel outreach plans (cold phone calls, tailored emails, and LinkedIn touchpoints).

Required Skills and Experience
- Must-Have: Proven, hands-on experience in cold calling / cold outreach (B2B phone prospecting).
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding daily/monthly call activity quotas and meeting set metrics.
- Excellent resilience, active listening skills, and the confidence to handle objections on
