About the Role:
The HR Specialist provides day-to-day operational and administrative support for the Company’s Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Generalists while also partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) (e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Experience) to manage and perform operational needs of HR programs and initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Manage overall off-boarding process for exiting employees.
- Assist with employee relations matters and investigations.
- Provide support to HRBPs for strategic year-round HR related programs and initiatives.
- Provide case management and resolution of tier 2 inquiries
