About the Role

The Bid Management Specialist in the Vertical Solutions team supports the preparation and delivery of high-quality bids, focusing on coordination, documentation, and execution of bid activities.
This role ensures all inputs are collected, structured, and delivered on time, working closely with country teams and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Bid Execution Support
Support full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and kick-off through submission and post-submission activities.
Prepare, manage, and maintain bid documentation, templates, and submission packages.
Monitor overall bid progress and proactively address issues that may impact delivery.

Cross-functional Coordination & Follow-Up
Coordinate input from Commercial, CTO, Finance, Legal teams, in alignment with the Head of Bid Management.
Define responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure adherence to bid schedules.

Proposal Development
Support the development, editing, and formatting of compelling, customer-focused proposals.
Ensure proposals are clear, consistent, accurate,



and aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
Review content for quality, completeness, and compliance before submission.

Risk & Compliance
Track compliance matrices, approval workflows, and submission checklists.
Identify, document, and escalate bid risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Tools & Continuous Improvement
Own and maintain bid templates, content libraries, knowledge repositories, and standard documentation.
In collaboration with Group Commercial, Non-MNO, evaluate, recommend, and implement tools that improve bid management efficiency and collaboration for both Pan-European and local opportunities.

Collaboration with Countries
Partner with local country teams to provide bid structure, methodology, and quality assurance.
Ensure consistency in proposal quality, messaging, and compliance across multiple markets.
