Global Strategic Marketing Manager – Nutraceuticals
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Define and lead the integral strategic roadmap for nutraceutical actives, including segment prioritization and portfolio shaping
Identify and unlock new growth platforms across applications, geographies, technologies, and partnerships
Drive disciplined portfolio management, balancing core optimization with next-generation innovation
Translate insights into actionable innovation pipelines, partnership strategies, and commercial playbooks
Build robust, finance-aligned business cases with clear ROI and value capture mechanisms
Orchestrate cross-functional execution to bring innovation from concept to commercialization with speed and scalability
Lead global marketing initiatives across commercial, business development, and technical teams to deliver above-market growth
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, business leadership, or innovation-driven roles




Proven track record of defining and executing global growth strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional, global teams
Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in a relevant discipline
Experience working across multiple regions in a global organization
Exposure to external innovation ecosystems, partnerships, or M&A; projects
