We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcing
Specialist (German Speaking) to support hiring across EMEA. This role focuses on
building talent pipelines, sourcing and screening candidates, providing market
insights, and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors to meet
business hiring needs.
The ideal candidate is a fluent German and English speaker, with excellent
communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to use data
and market intelligence to drive recruiting outcomes.

The role follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and
is based in Barcelona, Spain.
