Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for driving the effective integration of the Group’s capabilities within client accounts, acting as the main connector between business, media, creativity, data, technology, and solutions. This role identifies growth opportunities and ensures that the Group’s strategic capabilities translate into tangible results for both clients and the company.
Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate opportunities within assigned clients to contribute to business objectives.




Understand business needs and translate them into distinctive value propositions.
Drive the adoption of the Group’s strategic capabilities (data, retail, social, audiovisual, AI, creativity, etc.).
Ensure a holistic client view, avoiding organizational silos.
Develop proposals and activation plans across different media channels.
Coordinate with integral teams to ensure the effective management of assigned clients.
Lead the tracking of opportunities, proposals, ongoing projects, and their execution.
Identify innovation opportunities that can address each account’s business challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in media agencies, marketing consulting, business development, or similar environments.
Proven experience in client management and commercial opportunity generation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, with experience across additional channels such as audiov
