Key Responsibilities

* Monitor automated processing queues and resolve exception cases within agreed
SLAs.
* Review and validate AI-extracted data against source documents.




* Apply underwriting judgment to complex or non-standard cases.
* Identify recurring exceptions and support continuous improvement of
automation rules.
* Collaborate with technology and operations teams to refine workflows and
thresholds.
* Support testing and validation of AI workflow changes before production.
* Manage broker digital experience, including access, maintenance, and
escalated queries.
* Carry out quality checks, audits, and compliance reporting.
* Help improve processes and reduce inefficiencies across operations.
