In this role, you will play a pivotal role in anchoring and supporting the
leadership team while proactively exploring innovative ways to leverage




technology and automation (such as AI) to reshape and elevate our organization
across diverse operational speeds and cultures.

What You Will Do?

* Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to
understand objectives and challenges, offering trusted advice and ensuring
the People strategy directly supports the business unit's goals.
* Organizational Design & Change Management: Lead structural design efforts,
team sizing evaluations, and organizational optimization initiatives, while
guiding leadership and teams through subsequent structural evolutions to
ensure high alignment and minimize operational disruption.
* Talent Growth & Succession Planning: Own and drive frameworks for critical
talent identification, high-potential development programs, and robust
succession planning for key leadership roles to encourage long-term internal
mobility.
