The objective of this role is to strengthen our sales execution capability in Spain, accelerate revenue-generating initiatives, and ensure stronger alignment between Sales, Operations and Treasury functions at a critical stage of business growth. Spain continues to present significant upside in several strategic areas, particularly TMO, ATM-related services, and broader commercial optimisation opportunities. However, we are currently operating with limited dedicated capacity to fully drive and coordinate these initiatives at the required speed and level of focus. The proposed role would be responsible for: Driving sales growth across the Spanish network, with a strong focus on revenue expansion and performance improvement. Leading the development and execution of TMO growth initiatives, ensuring structured follow-up and delivery. Identifying,



developing and accelerating ATM-related sales opportunities. Acting as a central connector between Sales, Operations and Treasury, ensuring end-to-end execution of key initiatives. Supporting prioritisation and delivery of strategic sales projects, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and operational efficiency. Strengthening execution discipline through structured tracking of performance, actions and outcomes. This role is designed to directly support revenue growth, improve cross-functional execution, and remove bottlenecks that currently limit the speed and consistency of delivery across key initiatives.
