Your role and key responsibilities
This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive. In this team,



you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Lead the rollout and implementation of HR IT systems, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors, supporting the digital transformation of HR functions in PowerCo Spain.
- Analyze HR business requirements and support system configuration, including the creation of test cases to ensure SuccessFactors solutions meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, internal project teams, and HR stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment and alignment across workstreams.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR IT system-related topics, providing business process support, expert consultation, end-user training, and adoption guidance.
- Support and contribute to different HR IT modules and workstreams, such as Time Management, Compensation, Internal Communication, and Recruiting, while continuously adapting to evolving project requirements.
