The Position
The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be primarily responsible for the configuration, implementation, operation and optimization of supported IT Networks technologies. While your core focus is on ensuring a reliable and stable environment, you will also work with business stakeholders, IT partners, and vendors to design and build IT solutions that are robust, adaptable, resilient, and supportable. By applying software engineering principles, you will help modernize our infrastructure, optimizing service reliability and eliminating manual work through automation.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the infrastructure is running properly to achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Objectives (SLOs) in compliance with quality requirements. Manage internal infrastructure updates and patch implementations to maintain a reliable and stable environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders, internal and externals, to design , build and maintain IT solutions that meet business requirements for performance, availability, security, and compatibility.
- Apply software engineering principles to build and manage large-scale IT infrastructure products across their lifecycle. Support to abstract away infrastructure complexity by providing self-service tools
- Manage ITSM processes and track the resolution for reporting and resolving incidents, problems, changes, requests, and releases. Serve as technical support to all technologies managed by the
