Strategic HR Partner : Work closely with senior management to define and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate Across Functions : Co-lead and execute HR core processes across organizational management, talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, and change management.
Drive HR Projects : Lead impactful HR initiatives and partner with business units on key projects that foster growth and development.
Influence & Advise : Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR matters, from local labor law to strategic decision-making.




General Interaction : Work alongside a global network of HR professionals, contributing to projects and strategies across multiple regions.
10+ years of HR experience in Senior HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Director roles within multinational, matrixed organizations.
~ Legal education or Master’s degree in Labour Relations.
~ Strong business acumen —Ability to align HR strategies with commercial objectives and drive measurable results.
~ General knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Organizational Development .
~ Experience in multinationals with best-in-class HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle.
~ Fluent English C2 is a must —You will interact with international stakeholders , and it will be essential for your succession planning within the organization .
