Your role:

The Enterprise Technology Solutions department is looking for an experienced and hands‑on HR Technology Lead to build, enhance, and support the core platforms that power our integral People organisation. While SAP SuccessFactors is the primary HRIS,



this role spans the full HR technology ecosystem — including automation tools, AI‑enabled solutions, integration platforms, and adjacent HR applications. You will be responsible for technical implementation and continuous optimisation of these systems, ensuring reliable operations while driving meaningful improvements in employee experience, process efficiency, automation, and data quality. This is a delivery‑focused role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and enabling HR teams through modern technology.
