Analytics Governance & Enablement Manager

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an Analytics Governance & Enablement Manager to help JTI create consistency, credibility, and reuse in analytics. This is a business-led analytics enablement role focused on analytics methodologies, KPI enablement, calculation logic, automation inputs, and operational metrics.
The role partners with Strategic Insights, Digital & Data, D⁢, and business stakeholders to clarify the data, logic, and measurement foundations required for trusted analytics consumption.

Key Responsibilities
- Define analytics governance principles and ways of working for Consumer Office and Digital & Data teams.
- Maintain a catalogue of approved methodologies, data sources,



and calculation logic to reduce fragmented analytics definitions.
- Clarify data availability, source alignment, and calculation requirements for KPIs defined by Strategic Insights and Business teams.
- Partner with D⁢ and Analytics Products to translate calculation logic into automation and visualization inputs.
- Define and govern operational metrics for execution-level measurement across analytics and activation.
- Define business measurement requirements for Google Analytics, tagging, and digital measurement standards.
- Support cross-domain analytics, CLV, and advanced analytics use cases by defining data, methodology, and output requirements.

Position Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in Analytics, Data Governance, Measurement, Business Intelligence, Digital, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
