Overview

We are looking for a Commerce Specialist to join an international project focused on optimizing catalog, content, and conversion performance on Amazon and Walmart.
What We’re Looking For
A professional with experience in marketplaces (primarily Amazon), performance-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous catalog and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities
- Continuous catalog optimization by SKU / parent-SKU
- Improvement of content (titles,



bullets, A+ Content, structure) to maximize visibility and conversion
- Performance analysis (CVR, sales, content quality) and recommendation of actions
- Implementation of incremental, data-driven improvements
- Management and operation of ALAN Commerce Studio (setup + ongoing management)
- Monthly prioritization of actions based on business impact
- Definition and tracking of deliverables (special focus on the first 90 days)
- Coordination with internal teams (data, strategy, operations)
- Participation in test & learn initiatives (A/B testing on Amazon)

Qualifications

Experience
- 2+ years in eCommerce / marketplaces (ideally Amazon)
- Experience in catalog and content optimization
- Experience working with conversion and performance metrics

Technical Skills
- Amazon Vendor/Seller Central (highly valued)
- Product listing optimization (SEO + conversion)
- Data analysis (Excel or o
