Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain reliable API integrations with energy device manufacturers, including EV chargers, vehicles, and other connected hardware platforms.
- Improve the connectivity platform by enhancing reliability, scalability, observability, and overall system performance.
- Develop backend features and product-level platform improvements that enable seamless device connectivity for customers.
- Create automation tools and internal solutions that improve integration monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen monitoring, alerting, and reliability practices to reduce incidents and improve platform resilience.
- Contribute to defining and improving service-level objectives, operational processes, and engineering best practices.
