Lead the financial planning and analysis function for a integral, high-growth technology business operating in a fully remote environment. In this executive leadership role, you will partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership to shape financial strategy, support long-term growth, and deliver data-driven insights that influence key business decisions. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and capital planning while helping optimize financial operations across international markets. Accountabilities
- Lead the global Financial Planning & Analysis function,



providing strategic financial guidance across business units and international operations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning processes to support sustainable business growth.
- Deliver detailed financial analysis, scenario planning, KPI reporting, and business performance insights to executive leadership.
- Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, investment decisions, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Build strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders by preparing executive reports, board presentations, and financial updates.
- Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, planning processes, analytics, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A; team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
