Cloud Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity for a cloud professional who enjoys working in dynamic environments, combining operations, automation, infrastructure, and DevOps to ensure robust, scalable, and secure cloud platforms.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our Azure and AWS environments, helping drive operational excellence through automation, reliability, and best practices.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure operations across Azure and AWS
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and similar tools
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation
- Support cloud networking, configuration management, and deployment workflows
- Help ensure platform stability, performance, and security through automation and policy enforcement




- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver operational and project objectives

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, or DevOps
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
- Solid experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Good knowledge of Azure networking concepts such as VNET and NSG
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, YAML, KQL, or similar
- Understanding of security controls, operational stability, and Policy-as-Code
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluent English

Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices
- Experience with testing automation frameworks
