We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to attract top talent in a highly international and competitive environment, supporting recruitment processes across multiple countries and regions.

This position is based in our Madrid headquarters, serving as a key hub for driving global talent acquisition initiatives across Europe, America,



and other strategic locations.

The role will focus on identifying and hiring qualified professionals globally, mainly within the professional services sector (Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Transfer pricing), ensuring consistency in quality, cultural fit, and employer positioning across geographies.

The idóneo candidate will bring a strong background in headhunting or recruitment consultancy, combined with a solid technical foundation (e.g. Accounting, Audit or similar disciplines), enabling a deep understanding of the profiles to be hired and a highly credible approach with stakeholders and candidates.

With +10 years of experience and a bilingual level of English, this role requires the ability to operate in a multicultural environment, engaging stakeholders and candidates internationally.
