Cloud Operations Lead

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Technical Lead to oversee the performance, reliability and scalability of cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.

This role combines strong hands-on technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities. The candidate will act as a key reference within the cloud operations team, ensuring operational excellence, automation and continuous improvement of cloud platforms.

? Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day cloud operations across Azure and AWS environments
- Ensure platform stability, performance and reliability
- Define and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or CloudFormation
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment
- Manage priorities, delegate tasks and ensure timely delivery of operational objectives
- Oversee incident management, problem resolution and service improvements




- Implement automation and self-service capabilities for infrastructure and operations
- Ensure security controls and compliance through Policy-as-Code and IaC practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, Product)

? Required technical skills
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar)
- Strong understanding of Azure networking (VNET, NSG, etc.)
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, configurations and automated workflows
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, YAML, KQL or similar)
- Experience with testing automation frameworks
- Knowledge of security practices and Policy-as-Code implementation
- Familiarity with networking, databases, identity and operating systems
