About the role & team
As a Performance Marketing & Communications Manager, this role requires someone who can translate business priorities into focused campaigns and external communications that drive visibility, engagement, and commercial outcomes. The role brings together PR, social media,



thought leadership, and campaign execution into a single, outcome-driven function.

You will shape how the Borders business shows up in the market across key channels and audiences. You will drive campaigns, manage external narratives, and position SITA as a credible voice on border technology with customers, media, and industry stakeholders. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, communications, and growth, with a clear mandate to increase awareness, support pipeline, and strengthen market presence.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Borders, you will be part of the Borders Marketing team. You will partner closely with product, growth, regional, and corporate communications teams to deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns and communications across general and regional priorities.
