About Your Role

The Senior Manager, AI & Automation leads Scope’s AI and Automation team to design, deliver, govern and scale responsible automation and artificial intelligence solutions that improve the efficiency, quality, safety and sustainability of Scope’s business processes and workflows.

The role is responsible for leading the AI and automation portfolio, roadmap,



operating model and team capability, ensuring initiatives are prioritised based on value, risk, feasibility and alignment to Scope’s strategic and operational priorities.

The role works collaboratively across Scope to identify opportunities, shape solutions, embed responsible AI governance, support adoption, monitor benefits and ensure AI and automation are used safely, ethically and effectively to improve outcomes for clients, families, employees and the organisation.

The role partners closely with the Process Improvement Manager to assess and prioritise AI and automation opportunities, providing technical feasibility, delivery, governance and platform expertise to support investment decisions and successful implementation.
