Canadian Solar is searching for an experienced and commercially minded EPC Manager to lead the successful delivery of Commercial & Industrial (C&I;)



solar and battery storage projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.

The EPC Manager will oversee the full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction lifecycle while acting as a key interface between internal manufacturing divisions, engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, utilities, and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Delivery & EPC Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of C&I; solar PV and BESS projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to quality standards
- Coordinate project handover from sales/pre-construction through commissioning
- Identify &Oversee; subcontractors, EPC partners, and on-site execution teams across EU landscape, initial target countries DACH, Italy, Spain and UK
- Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and cost performance

Engineering Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external engineering teams for
