Your Role
The FP&A; for Portugal & Growth Projects acts as the Finance Business Partner for the Portuguese market, supporting both commercial channels and contributing to profitable growth through high‑quality financial analysis and performance management.
The role combines market FP&A; responsibilities for Portugal with active participation in transversal Growth and Commercial Excellence projects. It is designed for a profile with previous experience in Commercial Controlling who is evolving towards a broader FP&A; and a business partnering role.

What You Will Do
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the Portuguese team, with a strong top‑line focus, providing insights that shape strategy and deliver business objectives.
- Deeply understand market drivers (category dynamics, price/mix, customer/channel economics, promotional mechanics) and translate them into executable, ROI‑positive plans.
- Monitor promotional activities and trade spend, assessing performance and ROI.




- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in financial reporting for the Portuguese market.
- Prepare monthly reporting and ad‑hoc analyses for local and regional stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Own the annual budget, long‑range plan, and rolling forecast cadence—including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Build and maintain robust models for demand, price/mix, promo ROI, customer profitability, and category/channel outlooks.
- Deliver clear variance analysis versus budget/forecast, highlighting drivers, risks, and actionable opportunities.
- Prepare high‑quality management reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations with crisp insights and recommended actions.

Financial Control & Compliance
- Ensure integrity of financial data and adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Partner with accounting on month‑end close, accruals, provisions, and audit support.
