ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you are ensuring that all projects are delivered on time,



within the scope and budget, and are defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and providing technical feasibility. Definition of the project team for each project, assigning roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

- Map out project scope and dependencies across all teams
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for the project
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring deliverables are available on time
- Manage the implementation of the plan with a focus on the quality of delivery
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Regularly report on project prog
