What You'll Be Doing – Your Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success and cloud adoption. You'll:
- Drive sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities




- Consult with clients to align technical solutions with their business needs
- Deliver expert insights on advanced cloud services and architecture
- Demonstrate solutions via Teams to a variety of business users
- Audit and validate implementation requirements and pricing models
- Train and mentor teammates on cloud technologies and processes
- Stay ahead of trends by continually researching new cloud tools, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Be the go-to expert in Microsoft cloud and hybrid solutions for SMB clients

Who You Are – The Adecuado Candidate

You're curious, technically-minded, and passionate about helping businesses succeed. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.

You're a perfect match if you have:
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English
- A Bachelor's degree
- 3-6+ years of experience in tech sales, business development, or pre-sales
