About the Opportunity

As a Warehouse & Allocation Specialist Europe, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout our European supply chain. Working closely with internal teams and third-party logistics partners, you will oversee warehouse operations, manage allocation activities, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple European locations.
This is a dynamic role for a supply chain professional who enjoys analyzing data, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with stakeholders across different countries and functions. The working hours for this role are from 12:00 till 21:00.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
- Dutch or Portuguese language is an advantage

Responsibilities
In this role, you will help drive operational excellence across our European warehousing and allocation network by:

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
- Overseeing warehousing activities within ERP systems to support efficient operations.




- Monitoring inventory levels and warehouse flows across European warehouse and cooler locations.
- Supporting operational processes to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners to maintain service levels and operational efficiency.

Allocation Management
- Managing the allocation process across Europe to ensure optimal product availability and customer service.
- Monitoring and optimizing allocation decisions to maximize resource utilization.
- Supporting allocation activities during peak periods and participating in weekend shift rotations when required.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Tracking key operational KPIs related to quality, service, cost, safety, and sustainability.
- Analyzing warehouse performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Developing reports, providing operational insights, and recommending process enhancements.
