About the Role
Imagine being the first Internal Communications Manager to build and lead internal communications across the organization. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will create and drive the internal communications strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication during a period of rapid growth. Working closely with leadership, People & Culture, and cross-functional teams, you will strengthen alignment, transparency, and company culture while building the foundations for how information flows across the business. What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics
- Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
- Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company’s culture and values
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
- Manage crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date
