We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Growth Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of general clients within the digital advertising industry. As a member of the Growth team, you will focus on driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and fostering long-term retention. Your mission:
- As a Client Growth Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary contact. Your core objectives will include growing revenue, nurturing relationships, and ensuring long-term client retention by maintaining consistently renewed advertising budgets.

Key responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Lead and grow a diverse portfolio of direct clients and advertising agencies across multiple verticals.
- Client Engagement: Act as primary day-to-day point person with the clients for all their questions, related issues, and suggestions, providing strategic recommendations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to achieve client growth objectives.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture trust-based relationships by leading regular check-ins, reviewing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
