Lifecycle & Content Manager (f/m/d, Full-time)

Location: Marbella, Spain (with cross-location responsibilities)

Your role
- You will own how we communicate with our guests across the entire relationship, from first interest to long-term loyalty.
- This role combines CRM, content, and communication. Your focus is to make our communication clearer, more personal, and more effective - helping more people understand what we do, and supporting them before, during, and after their stay.
- You will work closely with marketing, medical teams, and external partners to translate our expertise into simple, meaningful communication.

Your responsibilities

CRM & Lifecycle (core focus)




- Own and improve our guest communication across the full lifecycle (pre-stay, during, post-stay)
- Build and optimise email flows and campaigns
- Segment audiences and personalise communication based on behaviour and needs
- Improve retention, repeat bookings, and long-term engagement
- Work closely with data and growth teams to measure and improve performance

Content & Education
- Create and manage content that explains our method in a clear and accessible way
- Write and coordinate blog articles, landing pages, and email content
- Translate medical and scientific topics into simple, human language
- Support SEO and organic growth through high-quality content
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging across channels

Social Media (interim/limited part of job)
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing
- Repurpose content from blog, email, and other channels
- Coordinate with external partners for content production when needed
