La posición:
Brindar soporte productivo y de alta calidad a los clientes, resolviendo consultas,
gestionando reclamos y asegurando una experiencia positiva en cada interacción. El soporte de Customer Facing actúa como enlace entre la empresa, sus clientes y sus proveedores, contribuyendo a la fidelización y mejora continua del servicio.
Serás responsable de:
- Atender y resolver consultas de clientes a través de diferentes canales: teléfono, correo electrónico y Teams.
- Registrar, validar y realizar el seguimiento de pedidos en SAP (referencias, fechas de entrega y cumplimiento de guidelines).
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de Order to Cash y en la atención al cliente.
- Coordinar con clientes internos y proveedores logísticos para la planificación de entregas y la resolución de incidencias.
- Proponer iniciativas de eficiencia para la optimización de procesos internos y de los KPIs del área de Supply Chain.
