This role is part of the Program & Service Management function and is responsible for defining and driving common QA and testing governance, standards, and best practices across Securities Services IT. While Test Managers and testing roles are embedded in the different vertical areas,
this position ensures a shared “common ground” and consistent quality governance across the organization.
Depending on needs and priorities, the role may also include acting as Test Manager in selected projects within the vertical areas, combining strategic governance responsibilities with hands on delivery involvement.

What You Will Do
- Define, maintain and evolve QA and Testing governance, standards and best practices for Securities Services IT, with a strong focus on enabling shift‑left quality practices in close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Establish and maintain a common reference model for test phases, entry/exit criteria, go live quality gates and production readiness expectations.
