- Portfolio & Project Management Enablement: Supporting Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management to contribute to the success of the company strategy. This translates into:




- Acting as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing, visibility, insights, and analysis to support informed decision‑making
- Enabling effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to our quality standards and governance requirements
- Supporting ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning, as well as fiscal year opening and closing activities
- Ensuring the Project Management Methodology & Practices are correctly and consistently applied
- Giving visibility to the financial information by keeping it up to date in the PMO tools
- Performing quality reviews, providing guidance to project teams, and contributing to portfolio reporting
- Creating, maintaining, and evolving project and product templates & guidance materials
- Supporting PMO communications, training, and adoption of processes, tools, and ways of working
