MISSION

Act as the Health & Safety lead for the Madrid plant, ensuring a safe working environment, compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, and driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s safety culture.

This is a highly transversal role requiring close collaboration with all departments and alignment with the Corporate Health & Safety team.

FUNCTIONS

Plant Safety
- Maintain a daily presence on the production site, working closely with operational teams.
- Identify workplace hazards and propose preventive and corrective measures.
- Supervise contractors and high-risk or special work activities.
- Proactively intervene and promote safe behaviors across the organization.

Legal Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Health & Safety regulations and standards.
- Lead internal and external Health & Safety audits.
- Coordinate activities with the External Prevention Service and Occupational Health providers.

Risk Assessment
- Conduct specific risk assessments, including ergonomics, HAZOP studies,



and industrial workplace evaluations.
- Review and validate contractors’ risk assessments.
- Implement and monitor preventive and corrective actions.

Incident Management
- Investigate incidents and near-misses using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Define, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive action plans.

Education
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the three preventive disciplines/specializations (mandatory).
- University degree in a technical or scientific field.
- Additional training in integrated management systems, quality, or environmental management is highly valued.

Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in Health & Safety roles within industrial environments.
- Proven experience in audits, management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
