What will you be doing?
In this role, you will act as a key driver of Commercial Excellence across the region, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to bring strategy to life. You will lead the design and implementation of best in class processes that improve performance, standardise ways of working and create measurable business impact.
From shaping how we segment and target customers, to optimising territories and enhancing incentive plans, you will build the foundations that allow our teams to succeed.



You will play a central role in connecting commercial strategy with data and digital capabilities, ensuring tools, analytics and insights support smarter decision making.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across markets and functions, translating complex needs into scalable solutions, while ensuring strong adoption and execution of Commercial Excellence initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role where strong communication and influencing skills will be key to success.

What will you need to be successful?
