Job Summary
As an AG1 Support Production Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the seamless and efficient production of Airbus MRTT product. You will provide critical technical support to the production lines, ensuring the quality, schedule, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on the structural conversion phase.

Job Responsibilities
* Production Line Support: Provide immediate technical assistance and problem-solving expertise to production operators and technicians on the AG1 product line, addressing issues related to assembly, testing, and integration.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize resource utilization for AG1 products.
* Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for production non-conformances, defects, and rework, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Documentation & Standards: Create, review, and update technical documentation, including work instructions, process specifications, and quality control plans for the AG1 production area. Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards .
* Configuration Management: Support configuration control activities for AG1 components and assemblies, ensuring proper revision management and traceability throughout the production lifecycle.
* Tooling & Equipment: Collaborate with tooling design and maintenance teams to ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment and specialized tools for AG1.
* Training: Provide technical training and guidance to production personnel on new processes, tools, and quality requirements related to the AG1 product.
