Job Description

YOUR MISSION
Glovo is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our UX team. In this role, you’ll work alongside UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering—all collaborating to drive cohesive, user-centered solutions.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape the user experience and visual language of our mobile app and website, translating design goals and product requirements into compelling, intuitive interfaces. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop engaging and effective user experiences, ensuring consistency and innovation. In our environment of trust, constructive feedback, and flexibility,



you’ll also mentor junior designers, fostering collaboration and elevating design quality across the team. You will also contribute and effectively utilize our Design System.

THE JOURNEY
- Proactively build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to identify, prioritize, plan and execute efficient and engaging user experiences with high-impact.
- Own and facilitate the entire design process from hypothesis to implementation and everything that entails, championing empathy for our users and letting their needs guide your solutions.
- Interpret and distill complex requirements and insights, facilitate collaborative workshops and use frameworks to produce multiple concepts and prototypes, testing them with our end users in order to fail fast and learn quickly
- Care deeply about your craft, helping develop design standards, documentation, and processes alongside your peers in order to enhance our design practices
