Job Description
This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Doncaster, VIC, 3108
You’ll work across afternoons only Monday to Friday:
7:00am - 9:00am + 2:45pm - 6:30 pm + 2 hours admin - 31 hour

As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.
The Successful Candidate:
✅ Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart
✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
✅You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN
