What is the role

dotCMS is a visual, headless CMS built for compliance-led enterprises that need to manage and scale digital content across brands, regions, and channels.

As a Sr. Sales Engineer at dotCMS, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers, prospects and partners understand the value of dotCMS platform. With a focus on aligning their needs to the product's capabilities, your job is to become their trusted technical advisor.

You will play a critical role through the evaluation process, bridging the gap between the product's technical intricacies and the organization’s requirements, and ultimately securing the technical win. You'll demonstrate the value of dotCMS through product demonstrations, proof of concepts and identifying unique solutions.

As the first GTM hire based in Europe, you will play a key role in growing the European market. You will be part of the team whose focus is on increasing awareness, creating new opportunities and growing established relationships within the region. In partnership with the sales, marketing and partnership team,



you will drive measurable business outcomes for some of the most recognized organizations in the world.
