The Cayman Cluster is seeking to hire a highly organized, proactive,



and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Audit L&D; team. This role supports the coordination and delivery of Audit learning programs across all career levels, ensuring an effective and engaging learning experience for our professionals.
​
The successful candidate will work closely with Audit leadership, Subject Matter Experts, Human Resources, and Learning teams to support technical, quality, regulatory, and leadership development initiatives while maintaining accurate learning records and compliance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of Audit learning programs, including technical, quality, regulatory, leadership, and professional development training.
- Manage learner registrations, attendance tracking, participant communications, and learning records.
