Solar Turbines is seeking an accomplished Global Security Manager to lead and advance our worldwide security strategy, protecting our people, facilities, assets, information, reputation, and operations across a complex global environment. This senior leadership role provides strategic direction for enterprise security, workplace violence prevention, crisis management, investigations, business resilience, and risk management while partnering closely with executive leadership, Legal,



Human Resources, EHSS, and Caterpillar Global Security.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Integral Security Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and support Regional Security Managers, Facility Security Managers, and technical specialists.
• Drive compliance with the Risk-Based Security Program and governance standards.
• Build strong partnerships with executive leadership, Legal, HR, EHSS, and Caterpillar Global Security.

Security Risk Management & Asset Protection
• Conduct enterprise-wide security risk assessments and threat analyses.
• Identify significant security risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Design and oversee multi-layered approaches to employee, facility, information, and asset protection.
• Monitor emerging global risks, industry trends, and security technologies.
