We are looking for a strategic and sales-driven leader to shape the evolution of our Wholesale business in Iberia.
The role is responsible for leading the regional wholesale business, with a clear focus on accelerating revenue growth across the region through effective matrix management of both direct and indirect teams.



The position will drive delivery against country sell-in targets while identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities within the market.

- Define and drive Iberia wholesale growth, focusing on profitable revenue and market share
- Elevate key account strategy, strengthening top partnerships and brand presence
- Unlock new growth opportunities across channels and markets, aligned with sell-in targets

DISTRIBUTION AND SALES
- Lead regional wholesale strategy and sales execution, driving revenue, market share, and sustainable growth
- Build and manage key account partnerships, strengthening distribution, segmentation, and market presence
- Deliver sales plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial targets and inventory planning on monthly and quarterly basis
