POSITION SUMMARY




The Country Finance Manager II is responsible for managing country accounting operations, overseeing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) entries, and banking activities, and ensuring corporate tax compliance. This role is responsible for, or directs the preparation of financial statements for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. The position owns internal financial controls, supports accounting audits, and acts as a liaison with the Regional Finance Director and Business Unit finance staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage country accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL postings, and banking processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and required reporting (daily/monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Lead variance analysis (Actuals vs Plan; Actuals vs Prior Year) and provide clear explanations and actionable insights.
