Job Description
We seek a Biodiversity Specialist with strong field and desktop experience to join our established ecology team.
You will help deliver innovative, high‑impact projects that advance nature-positive outcomes and support clients in meeting biodiversity commitments across Spain and internationally.
What you will do:
- Plan and deliver field surveys in Spain and abroad to identify, monitor, and quantify biodiversity (habitats, fauna, and vegetation).
- Support the preparation of biodiversity deliverables: writing, literature reviews, data analysis, and inputs to business development activities.
- Draft biodiversity sections for Environmental Impact Assessments and environmental integration appendices.
- Advise clients on biodiversity risks, opportunities, and disclosure, and present assessment results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to innovative services and tools, including environmental DNA (eDNA), Nature-based Solutions, and biodiversity crediting approaches.
