To support this growth, we are hiring a Head of CRM to own and accelerate the full lifecycle strategy for our marketplace, based in our Barcelona office.
? The role

We're looking for a Head of CRM to join our crew in Barcelona.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle strategy for Click&Boat;, covering both our renters and boat owners. Reporting directly to the COO,



you will lead a team of 3 CRM specialists and take full ownership of how we engage, convert, and retain users across the entire customer journey.
CRM is already a meaningful contributor to our revenue, driven by automated lifecycle scenarios and manual campaigns. Your mission is clear: significantly accelerate that contribution by scaling automation, deepening personalization, and building new retention and loyalty programmes. You define the strategy, own the execution, and measure the impact.
